Return Policy

Exchange Policy

With the exception of all watches and make to order / pre-order items, some accessories come with an exchange policy.

1. We do not accept refund requests, only exchange or store credit would be accepted.

2. Any item with an adjusted price (discount price) may not be returned or exchanged.

3. Contact our customer service via mail (shinetrading0325@gmail.com) with (a) your order number, (b) desired items to exchange and (c) the exchange reason, to get an authorization to exchange.

4. Exchanges will be processed within 7-14 business days after we received the items.

5. For international orders, items that you wish to exchange must be arrived at our office within 14 days of delivery to you.

6. For orders from Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, items that you wish to exchange must be arrived at our office within 7 days of delivery to you.

7. All items must be in its original condition, and must not show any signs of use.Straps must be in perfect condition and must not be marked in any way.

8. Items must be returned with all original boxes, original tags, packaging and other accessories (tools, extra straps, etc) received with the order.

9. Returns must be packaged in bubble wrap.

10. Defective item is granted as exchange to the same item without defect and refund is not allowed unless the item is no longer available.

11. In the case of defective or incorrect products / items, customers must follow the instructions above. SHINE reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect product before authorizing an exchange. 

12. SHINE will not accept returned product that does not follow the terms and conditions of the exchange policy. Such items will be returned to the sender at the original shipment address and the shipping fee will be paid by customer.

13. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

14. We are not responsible for any extra charges including tax and process fee.
